The Oven Lincoln Lincoln has been experiencing our unique cuisine and award winning wine list for almost 25 years. The Haymarket has developed around us since those early days in 1988. Our outdoor dining was one of the first! Our second location in East Lincoln has helped spread our reputation and now our unique Wine Cellar in the basement of The Oven Haymarket location is another first for Lincoln. This location offers a chance to taste a variety of wines in our Enomatic System. In addition, there is a private dining area available for events and private parties.
